Terms & Conditions – Verso Digital

1. Services Provided

Verso Digital provides marketing system implementation services including but not limited to:

High-ticket application funnel creation

CRM and pipeline setup

Automation and follow-up messaging

Application qualification systems

Ad copy and creative strategy guidance

Sales call framework support

Funnel monitoring and optimisation

Verso Digital does not provide paid advertising account management unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain operational capacity to fulfil new clients

Follow recommended marketing and sales processes

Provide timely communication and approvals

Maintain advertising budgets where required

Failure to meet agreed responsibilities may void performance guarantees.

3. Performance Guarantee

Verso Digital guarantees that the implemented system will generate five (5) new client acquisitions within sixty (60) days provided that:

The client follows recommended sales and follow-up procedures

Required advertising investment and marketing activity is maintained

The client maintains operational and service delivery capacity

The client provides reasonable cooperation and communication

Guarantees apply to system performance and lead acquisition processes, not individual sales outcomes.

4. Payments

All service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement.

Payments may be processed via Stripe or approved payment methods. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and strategic nature of services provided, fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All funnels, automation systems, scripts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Verso Digital until full payment is received.

Clients are granted usage rights for business operation purposes following full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verso Digital provides marketing system implementation and optimisation services. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or business outcomes beyond the stated performance guarantee.

Verso Digital is not liable for losses resulting from client sales performance, advertising platform changes, or external business factors.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Clients acknowledge that services utilise third-party software and platforms including CRM systems, SMS providers, email systems, and payment processors. Verso Digital is not responsible for outages or performance of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with written service contracts. Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
